Royal Vision Apparel was looking to tie together their custom workspace for their creative fashion company. They had already laid the groundwork — fresh paint, new lighting, and a vision that was anything but ordinary. This wasn't a garage being used for cars or lawn equipment. It was the heartbeat of a growing fashion brand — a space where clothing gets designed and created, where events get hosted and workshops get run. All they needed now was a floor that could match the energy of everything around it.
Before a single drop of epoxy touched the floor, we made sure the foundation was absolutely right. The space didn't have a bull nose, so we built one ourselves, creating a clean and finished edge that set the tone for the entire job. From there, we diamond ground the entire floor surface, opening up the concrete to ensure maximum adhesion and giving us the ideal base to work with. Every crack and major imperfection was carefully patched and leveled — because no artistic finish can overcome a poorly prepared surface. We then applied a moisture vapor barrier across the entire floor, sealing the concrete from the inside out and ensuring no water or vapor could ever rise up through the slab and compromise the finish down the road.
With the floor properly prepped, it was time for the design. We poured a 1:1:1 ratio of Fire Gold, Black, and White metallic epoxy, letting each pigment flow, collide, and blend into a completely unique pattern that can never be exactly replicated. Bold, striking, and unmistakably Royal Vision.
Because the space sees constant rolling chairs, heavy foot traffic, and the wear that comes with hosting regular events and workshops, we didn't stop at the metallic layer. We came back in with a high-wear polyurethane top coat infused with aluminum oxide, delivering a satin finish that's as tough as it is beautiful — built to resist impact, abrasion, and daily punishment while keeping that showroom shine intact.
