Flaked epoxy floor for office gym

We recently completed a full flake epoxy transformation in Congers, New York, turning a former commercial space into a durable, high-performance gym area. For this project, we installed our Cabin Fever full flake system, chosen for its warm tones, clean look, and exceptional strength — perfect for a space built to handle serious use.

This gym needed a floor that could withstand weights, treadmills, benches, and constant foot traffic, so our focus was durability first. Before installation, we tackled a challenging surface: the area had old vinyl flooring and multiple layers of self-leveling concrete at different heights. Our team removed all failing material, ground the concrete thoroughly, and created a smooth, solid foundation to ensure a flawless bond.

Once the surface was prepped, we installed the full Cabin Fever flake system and finished it with a polyaspartic top coat — one of the strongest, most impact-resistant finishes available. This final layer adds maximum protection against drops, abrasion, and heavy equipment while keeping the floor easy to clean and maintain.

The result is a strong, seamless, and professional gym floor that not only looks great but is built to last. This space is now fully equipped for long-term performance and everyday wear.
